CHICO –The Contractor of
M1 Road Lot 4 (Kacheche to Chiweta)
POSITION: CRANE TRUCK OPERATOR
Location: M1 Road Project, Lot 4 – Kacheche to Chiweta (66.5km)
Number of Positions: 1
Employer: CHICO – Contractor for the Construction Works for the Rehabilitation and Widening of the M1 Road.
Key Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
* Hold a valid Malawi Class C or above Driving Licence for heavy goods vehicles.
* Hold a valid Goods Professional Driving Permit (PrDP-G).
* Hold a valid Defensive Driving Certificate.
* Have a minimum of 5 years of heavy truck driving experience and truck-mounted crane operation experience, with cranes rated at 25 tonnes or above.
* Have relevant crane operation training or competency certification.
* Be proficient in crane operation, including lifting, loading, unloading and transferring construction materials and equipment.
* Be familiar with lifting safety procedures, crane load charts, lifting radius and outrigger deployment.
* Have a good safety record.
* Be willing to work on mountainous construction roads and comply with project arrangements.

Main Camp of CHINA HENAN, Chinyolo, Rumphi, Mzuzu.
Gross Salary
MWK 900,000 – MWK 990,000
